1. What this service is

The PumpFun Alerter is a market-tracking tool. It monitors public on-chain activity related to Pump.fun tokens — primarily creator fee receiver changes that are commonly referred to as "Community Takeovers" (CTOs) — and delivers notifications to members. It is built for fun and informational purposes only.

2. Not financial advice — at all

Nothing on this website, in our Telegram alerts, in the showroom, in the simulator, in the autotrade tools, or in any other part of the service constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We are not your broker, advisor, fiduciary, or counterparty. We do not recommend any token. We do not tell you to buy, sell, hold, or trade anything.

Any signal, alert, label, chart, market cap figure, PNL number, or "CTO confirmed" tag is raw market information, not a recommendation. Always do your own research.

3. You can lose everything

Pump.fun tokens and memecoins in general are extremely volatile, illiquid, and frequently worth zero within minutes. By using this service you acknowledge and accept that:

• You can lose 100% of any funds you deploy into any token.
• Past performance shown in the showroom is not indicative of future results.
• "Max PNL" and "Live PNL" numbers are historical price snapshots, not realized gains.
• Alerts can be delayed, missed, duplicated, or wrong. On-chain data can be misread.
• Any automated trade you configure (autotrade, simulator presets, sell ladders, etc.) executes on your behalf at your sole risk.

4. Your own responsibility

You are solely responsible for every decision you make, every transaction you sign, every wallet you connect, and every configuration you set. You confirm that you are legally permitted to use this kind of service where you live, and that you understand the risks of Solana, smart contracts, MEV, rug pulls, scams, and total loss of funds.

5. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, latency, delivery of alerts, successful execution of trades, or that the service will be free of bugs or errors. Membership fees paid in SOL are non-refundable.

6. No affiliation

The PumpFun Alerter is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pump.fun, Solana, Telegram, Dexscreener, Helius, Jupiter, or any token creator or community.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, resell, or redistribute alerts. Do not attempt to attack, scrape, or overwhelm the service. We may suspend or terminate any account that abuses the service or violates these terms, without notice and without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost funds — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
