Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data The PumpFun Alerter collects, why, where it lives, and what rights you have over it. We collect the minimum required to run the service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address (for sign-in and one-time codes), an opaque user id, and your chosen display name.
• Telegram link: the Telegram handle / chat id you connect, so we can deliver alerts. We never read your other Telegram messages.
• App settings: your alert preferences, autotrade and simulator settings, sell ladders, and similar configuration you create yourself.
• Wallet activity (optional): if you opt in to the autotrade bot, we store the public wallet address you generate inside the app, encrypted credentials needed to sign transactions, and a record of trades the bot performs on your behalf.
• Payments: membership transactions are on-chain Solana payments. We store the transaction signature, paying wallet, and amount to verify your membership period.
• Operational logs: minimal request and error logs needed to keep the service running and debug issues.

We do not collect government IDs, KYC information, card details, or browsing data across other sites. We do not run advertising trackers.

2. Why we collect it

• To create and secure your account and verify membership.
• To deliver Telegram alerts to the handle you provided.
• To execute the autotrade actions you have explicitly configured.
• To detect abuse and keep the service stable.

3. Processors we use

To run the service we rely on the following third-party processors:

• Supabase — managed Postgres database, authentication, and storage. Your account data, settings and trade history live here.
• Telegram — used to deliver alerts to the handle you connect.
• Helius — Solana RPC and webhook provider used to monitor Pump.fun on-chain activity in real time.
• Jupiter & Pump.fun — public Solana swap routes used by the autotrade bot to buy and sell tokens you explicitly approve.
• Dexscreener / public price feeds — used to display market cap, price, and PNL numbers.
• Cloudflare — hosting and edge network for the web app.

Each processor is bound by its own privacy policy. We share with them only what is required for the feature you are using.

4. Wallet keys

If you create an in-app autotrade wallet, the private key is encrypted server-side. It is only decrypted in memory at the moment a buy or sell transaction is signed, and only when you have an active unlock session. We never display, export, or transmit your raw key in plain text.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Trade records and on-chain payment records are retained as long as needed to verify membership and provide history. Operational logs are kept for a short rolling window. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via the contact form.

6. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and personal data.
• Withdraw consent — disconnect Telegram or disable autotrade at any time from your profile.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember your in-app preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

The service is not directed at and not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
